REGISTRATION
To encourage the broadest participation possible in the conference we are offering a range of registration categories. Make sure you read the Registration Discounts to check whether you are eligible for one of these categories.
*All rates are displayed in AUD Australian Dollars. Registrations made after Sunday 16 May 2021 will incur a $100 late booking fee. Any cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund.
The first two days of the three-day conference will take place in a different location allowing our community to come together to learn, connect, and collaborate. Full conference registration allows access to one of the hubs for one full day, and full access to the virtual content for all three days. This will allow delegates to have one day of face-to-face interaction and networking, and then attend the other two days virtually from their homes or offices.

REGISTRATION
Community Workers to be eligible for this rate you must be employed by a not-for-profit community organisation, work for a community-based organisation or direct action group.
Student Rate a student is defined as a holder of a full time student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or international student card. Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate. Please note: A copy of your student identification card must be sent via email to: info@hepatitis2021.org.au Without this copy, the full registration fee will be charged.
Organisation Rate by purchasing this registration you will be able to be registered as a company, not as an individual. The registration can be shared between staff members from the 1 organisation, with a maximum of 5 people on 1 pass. Enabling one person at any one time to attend conference sessions or events. Each registrant will be required to sign in and out with the name badge, onsite at the conference.
Note: Organisations who would like to share registration passes between colleagues, please refer to the organisation group registration rate. We will not allow single registrations to be shared between delegates.
Resource Limited Country countries that are eligible for the Resource-Limited Registration Rates are those countries that are considered Low Income Economies and Lower-Middle Income Economies by the World Bank. Upper-Middle Income and High Income Economies are not eligible for this rate.

Lived Experience Rate: A person with lived experience is define as someone who is living with chronic hepatitis B or hepatitis C or, a person who has previously had chronic hepatitis C or, people who have significant current risk factors for contracting hepatitis B or hepatitis C.

Please note that individuals, agents or contractors providing coverage for or being sponsored by industry may not register as media.
What does media registration include?
Free registration to the conference which includes conference social functions. Any auxiliary events that delegates are required to pay to attend is to be paid for by media representatives as well.

The Conference may request additional materials if needed to establish the appropriateness of a media outlet or journalist for accreditation. Journalists who meet the press criteria outlined above will be accredited on a space-available basis.
